Halifax Live Comedy Club ("Halifax Live", "we", "us", "our") operates the website halifaxlive.ca and sells tickets to live comedy events at 1575 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. We send two kinds of email. Marketing emails — newsletters, show announcements, and offers — are sent only with your consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing message, or by contacting us at info@halifaxlive.ca. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails related to orders you have placed.

Email delivery can be affected by spam filters and blockers outside of our control. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam and junk folders and contact us as soon as possible so we can re-send your tickets — see our Terms of Service for details.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
